With a distinctive and expressive voice, Rachelle Behrens ,Ottawa-based multilingual vocalist, is bringing the Latin jazz heat to the Irene’s stage on March 29th for a special matinee show. Along with her band, she will perform beloved Latin songs from across Latin America. Expect vibrant rhythms and rich melodies from as far south as Chile and Argentina and as far north as USA.
